Description

• Identify and analyze data from a variety of information sources. • Assess all pertinent sources of information for applicable metrics. Design, build, and maintain queries such as Depot Data and Process Improvement. • Support any/all parallel, mandated initiatives. • Provide data analysis and advice on Enterprise-level investment decisions to the Government. • Provide gap and capability analysis on the Marine Corps’ Logistics data systems. • Respond to questions or requests for information (RFI) within (2) hours when Government categorizes request as urgent and within (1) business day when government categorizes request as routine. • Develop and maintain up to 100 dashboards and reports per year in support of all major analytic efforts. • Provide administrative support of all Microsoft 365 services, e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc. • Develop a data strategy and define lines of effort such as documented campaign plans and associated detailed plans, milestones, and major enabling events and actions. Deliverables from this strategic planning include the following: Data Management Charter – containing overall vision, business case, goals, guiding principles, measures of success, critical success factors, recognized risk, operating model, etc. Scope Statement – containing goals and objectives with 3-year horizon and the roles, organizations, and individual leaders accountable for achieving these objectives. Implementation Road Map– identifying specific programs, projects, task assignments, and delivery milestones. • Assist the Government in planning and preparing for, facilitating, and executing meetings and other forums, documenting the results of each session as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations research and Analysis Field or similar field • 10+ years USMC logistics experience in data/data analytics • Mastery in DAX, R, Java, GAWK, Windows script writing and other programming language used to collect, organize, analyze, and share data to support business intelligence requirements utilizing Power BI to develop dashboards and reports • Secret Clearance Required
