Description
• Beewise is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. • This position will play a pivotal role in exploring and creating new revenue opportunities for Beewise, including the sales of bees, honey, and pollination services. • As part of our growing team, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage in experimentation with new business models and revenue streams. • Your contributions will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of agriculture, food and beverage, or food manufacturing sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Previous experience in ag-tech sales is a strong advantage. • Startup experience is a plus • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Willingness to embrace experimentation and adapt to evolving business strategies. • A passion for sustainable agriculture, beekeeping, and environmental conservation is highly desirable.
