Description

• Processing loan related invoices on Workday and through legal billing department. • Periodically update Special Servicing internal management systems and maintain Special Servicing loan data with rolling dates. • Filing Loan correspondence, financial statements, and miscellaneous correspondence and uploading documents in internal document filing system as needed. • Assisting in periodic updates of Special Servicing procedures and compliance testing as needed. • Ordering files from the Trustees or loan closing team. • Gathering requested documents for FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, and CMBS loans and sending them to requestor. • Monitoring financial statements and ordering required analyses/spreads. • Assisting in ordering payoff statements and corresponding with payoff team members. • General office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mailing and interfacing with office management.

Requirements

• A high level of competence in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel, and ability to work with other software including mortgage industry specific applications such as McCracken Strategy, intranet-based workflows, etc. • Excellence in communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization both internal and external. • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities • Outstanding attention to detail. • A can-do, proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with confidence while escalating issues when appropriate, as well as with team members on shared responsibilities.
