Description
• Champion for small and mid-size businesses through brand vision and strategy development. • Lead brand architecture and complex cross-functional projects. • Collaborate with corporate communications to position BILL as a thought leader in FinTech.
Requirements
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in brand strategy, with a strong track record in brand architecture, naming conventions, and managing cross-functional projects. • Deep experience crafting best in class brand strategy, brand positioning, and messaging architectures with the ability to implement them into systems and processes that can drive strategic outcomes. • A track record of partnering with creative teams and/or creative agencies to develop truly remarkable creative ideas. • Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
