Description

• As a UX Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for creating unique, clean and delightful experiences for all stakeholders • Deeply understand user behaviors (external customers and internal users) every step of the way, and solve pain points for them through better UX design • Drive the design vision of the company, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing leaders • Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to plan and create a backlog, push features and design updates, and QA and fix bugs • Work on features and products that cross all experiences; both involving lab processes and software (desktop, mobile web, and native mobile) • Design and iterate solutions with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Present your work effectively through prototypes, user journey diagrams etc., and help guide decision-making in a thoughtful, empathic, and productive way • User quantitative and qualitative data to create designs that serve the user

Requirements

• To be successful, you’ll need to be a customer-centric designer that balances business goals with creative execution • 4+ years of product design experience, with at least 1+ years independently leading UX projects • Diagnostic testing, genetics, or biotech experience is preferred • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to think and articulate objectively • Extensive experience with Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Overflow, and Zeplin • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Segment
