Description
• Lead and support strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency. • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex business challenges and implement scalable processes. • Develop and implement revenue plans aligned with the go-to-market strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities. • Create and communicate standard key performance metrics to stakeholders that provide actionable insights and drive proactive decision-making.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance, or a similar analytical role. • Proven experience with the sales planning process, forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, territory management, quota development, and compensation plans to optimize for predictable growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with Go-to-Market tools and automation (e.g. Salesforce, Clari, data analytics platforms). • Strong strategic thinking, tactical execution, problem-solving skills, and financial modeling expertise.
