Description

• Lead the design and implementation of software systems for our automated material handling solutions • Architect and develop high-performance, reliable C++ code for our control systems • Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to integrate software with hardware systems • Mentor and provide technical leadership to the software engineering team • Contribute to the product roadmap and technical strategy • Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews and best practices • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance • Work closely with the project implementation team to ensure smooth deployment of systems at customer sites

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in C++ • Expertise in developing software for embedded systems or industrial automation • Experience with real-time control systems and multi-threaded programming • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and low-level hardware interfaces • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns • Experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
