• The US Quality Engineer is responsible for coordinating the entire client complaint process (Import, Local, and Logistics) and for coordinating client requests for information through questionnaires and Supplier Quality Manuals or other documents applicable to the region or business line.
• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with at least 10 years of work experience • Trained as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor • Knowledge of polypropylene – understanding of additives, product characteristics etc. • Knowledge of product testing • Six Sigma/Lean Project implementation experience • Sound mathematical/statistical and technical skills • Good Investigation (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to think logically and methodically • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively
