• Quality assurance of projects based on requirements and design specifications. • Attend daily stand-ups or scrums on behalf of the team. • Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project team members, project managers, and QA management. • Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test plans, writing and maintaining test cases/scripts, and more. • Create defect tickets and track issues to resolution. • Understand QA estimations and proactively help if needed.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. • 1-year experience in Agile Methodologies for software development. • 1-year Experience working with local and offshore teams. • Extensive knowledge of Windows or OS software. • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, project management, business, or related field. • Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence. • Working experience with automation testing. • Knowledge of Crossbrowser testing. • Working experience with emails and banners testing.
