• Drive growth by selling to existing customers with high spending • Identify opportunities to increase share of wallets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Develop and execute strategies to recapture and increase credit card spend • Reach out to customers to understand needs and address concerns • Utilize data analysis to identify trends and drive personalized offers
• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles within sales, account management, or customer success • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze customer behavior • Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance is a plus • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Ability to work in fast-paced high-velocity environments • Must be willing to work in the office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
• Expected OTE range of $132,888 USD - $166,110 USD • Base salary and commissions included • Other forms of compensation may be provided as part of total compensation package
