• Responsible for managing systems and strategic projects for BrightEdge go-to-market efforts. • Play a key role in integrating technologies and developing workflows for marketing execution. • Work closely with VP Marketing to ensure marketing priorities and goals are met. • Align with sales and product teams to drive customer acquisition and retention programs. • Manage the tech stack and integration with Salesforce and Eloqua, maintaining data governance. • Lead campaign execution and monitor performance in Salesforce and Eloqua. • Measure the impact of marketing on pipeline and revenue, providing data-driven recommendations.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations roles with a similar stack • Ability to turn data into a story with action-oriented analysis with visualization • Significant experience in Salesforce, Eloqua, along with experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and expert in Excel • Experience evaluating and implementing marketing technologies • Self-motivated - ability to handle multiple major initiatives simultaneously • Exceptional project management skills • Stay on top of best practices for email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and other digital regulations • Willing to learn and grow; growth-oriented mindset and positive “can-do” attitude
