Description

• Provide support on special projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with the management of key company initiatives • Anticipate the needs of executives and the business, taking proactive steps to address challenges and streamline operations • Continuously seek out ways to improve administrative processes • Own the planning and execution of company events, offsites, and team-building activities • Manage and maintain calendars for executives, coordinating and prioritizing a high volume of meetings • Organize meetings, conferences, and offsites, ensuring all logistics are handled

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Previous experience at a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic setting with a strong sense of urgency and ownership • Highly flexible and comfortable with adapting to changing priorities • Able to maintain a professional demeanor in both internal and external interactions, even in high-pressure situations
