Description
• The Controller will oversee the financial operations of BrightSign. • Responsible for leading the accounting team and functions. • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. • Implementing best practices to support the company’s financial objectives. • Coordinate and manage close processes. • Enhance existing close processes and develop capex policy. • Monitor and manage cash flow for liquidity. • Maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets. • Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures. • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation required. • Proven 5 years experience as a Controller. • Private equity experience is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance. • Previous experience in the industrial technology industry or related sectors is a plus. • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
