Description

• Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Partner with team leader (Head of Product and Field Marketing) to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives tailored to specific geographic regions to engage target audiences and support sales objectives. • Organize Events and Experiences: Create and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities that provide direct customer interaction and enhance brand presence. • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. • Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. • Manage Budgets and Resources: Oversee field marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within financial constraints to maximize ROI. • Measure and Report Performance: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analytics, reporting results, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize future efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field • 4+ years related marketing experience, ideally in field marketing • Proven experience carrying out field marketing activities, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy • Experience partnering with SMB sales team (preferred; not required) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously • Entrepreneurial and works well in a rapidly changing environment • Metrics driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
