Description
•Oversee initiatives that enhance EX-infrastructure •Review policies and recommend strategic enhancements •Improve and manage our HR tech stack •Ensure system accuracy and maintain employment records •Manage US employee benefits and leave processes •Establish job levels and salary bands •Train stakeholders on processes and tools •Partner with DEI Committee for culture alignment
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree preferred •At least 3 years of global People Operations experience, including benefits administration and compensation programs •Experience in technology, telecommunications, and/or scale-up organizations is a plus •Expertise in project management and overseeing organizational change initiatives •Proven track record in implementing effective people operations processes, streamlining HR tech stacks, and developing AI solutions •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Fluent in English •Available for occasional travel to other company locations outside the United States
