Description
• As a founding software engineer at Bronco AI, you will complement our team's rich AI background by lending your domain expertise in helping build intelligent reasoning systems for chip verification. • Design and implement core components of our AI-powered engineering systems • Develop and optimize systems for large-scale data processing and machine learning • Collaborate with domain experts to incorporate specialized knowledge into AI systems • Contribute to the architecture and development of our LLM-based applications and agentic systems • Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, software engineering, and relevant domain areas
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++ • Proficiency in full-stack web development • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML applications • Experience building LLM applications and agentic LLM systems, including: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent orchestration, Advanced reasoning techniques, Quantifying performance with evals, Dataset curation • Strong intuition about computer architecture to quickly understand chip design and verification tasks • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams
