Description
• Oversee consultant staff on customer engagement delivery and quality matters. • Analyze change impacts on business processes and workforce. • Lead the design and delivery of communication and training plans. • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans. • Provide expert guidance on navigating change management challenges. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct assessments to measure organizational readiness. • Track and report progress on change initiatives. • Create and maintain comprehensive change management documentation. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to build consensus.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. • 5 years of experience in change management, consulting, or related roles. • Experience managing multiple change initiatives simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to timelines. • Experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO), supporting the development and implementation of governance frameworks, processes, and change management initiatives to drive project success and alignment with organizational goals. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with senior-level stakeholders. • Proven experience in executing complex change management initiatives. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
