• Ensure all shipping aspects of Cadogan Tate’s client requirements are adhered to, particular to service specifications • Able to manage small and large projects from quote stage to billing completion • Manage the whole client experience of the shipping process ensuring client satisfaction and expectations are exceeded • To document the goods inward / outward process for international shipments, including maintenance of all incoming consolidated sea shipments from start to finish • To maintain files in accordance with company protocols and procedures • Ensure inventories and commercial invoices comply to international requirements and restrictions • Applications for CITES, NOAA, Fish and Wildlife permits • Planning turnaround times, scheduling the process of collection, packing and shipping • Ensure that all accounts are maintained to the highest level, running the shipment as cost efficiently as able without damaging customer satisfaction • Use all resources available to ensure the highest customer satisfaction • Adhere to local regulations and legislations • Forward planning of all operational requirements to ensure resources are available • Supporting VP of Client Services and Senior Account Managers with their day to day workload including setting up client files, producing bills of lading and generating invoices • Coordinate the Auction House, Interior Design and Gallery departments • Liaising with the Dispatch and Operational departments regarding collections, deliveries and packing requirements ensuring the client’s expectations are met • Ensuring the department calls are handled in a prompt and professional manner • Assisting your line manager, General Manager and Director when required • Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, and all other Company policies and procedures in place • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures • To act at all times in the best interests of Cadogan Tate, its customers and its employees
• 3 years minimum Sales Experience in International Logistics • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy • Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English • Ability to thrive in a busy environment • Professional appearance and demeanor
