Description

• Lead and oversee financial planning and reporting processes • Provide finance partnering to several departments • Own and optimize planning system • Be a strategic business partner to various parts of the organization • Identify and drive cost efficiencies • Provide modeling and analytical support for projects • Promote visibility and understanding of financial topics • Own and optimize use of planning tool • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of company's operations • Lead work to improve processes for efficiency • Be accountable for multiple tasks and adapt in a changing and fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience • BA/BS required; MBA, CPA and/or consulting experience preferred • Expertise in R&D functional, project finance and collaborations preferred • Strong knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principles • Experience with Workday Adaptive or equivalent planning system • Superb collaboration skills • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Results- and impact-driven; takes initiative and ownership • Positive, proactive, and professional attitude • Ability to be detail-oriented while seeing the big picture • Experience with ERP systems

Benefits

• Base salary range $212,000 - $220,000 • Annual cash bonuses
