• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and practice communication. • Lead initiatives to improve patient experience and payment metrics. • Supervise front-end billing activities including prior authorizations. • Work closely with the Practice Manager on employee relations.
• 2+ years in healthcare, preferably in a clinic setting, with some supervisory experience. • Associate's degree or higher, with nursing credentials such as LPN or RN. • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of Athena EMR preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment.
