•Assist the VP and Director of Operations with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation •Support the operations team in project management activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope, which includes tracking outstanding responses, following up with external parties, and updated workstream databases among others. •Track and highlight compliance and regulatory calendar to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements and files relevant responses and/or documents in a timely manner •Help organize and maintain operational systems, including directories, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations •Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders •Collaborate with the finance team to track invoices, expense approvals, purchase orders, and procurement, as applicable •Provide general support to the operations team as needed, taking on a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the startup
•2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role •Work on-site in Santa Monica •Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
