Description
• Assist with large-scale to smaller construction initiatives and specialized projects. • Advise on construction issues pertaining to public facilities such as schools and hospitals. • Work on power plants, water treatment facilities, commercial developments, etc.
Requirements
• 5 + years of CA Construction Litigation • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic. • Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience • Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. • Candidate must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing • Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.
