Description

• Proven experience leading venture finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters • In-depth knowledge of startup/financing documents, including convertible notes, SAFEs, priced equity rounds, NVCA model documents, SAFTs, and Token offerings • Strong transactional experience, including drafting commercial agreements, negotiating with opposing counsel, and managing teams through diligence and transaction closures

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in the venture capital industry • Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams and manage transactions from inception to closing • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work independently • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across various practice areas within the firm • Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly with cap tables, exit waterfalls, and financial modeling tools • Active bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice
