Description
• Providing legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients • Handling all written discovery from service to completion • Preparing for and attending trials as needed • Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel • Capable of developing and carrying out overall litigation strategy • Proficient in all aspects of written discovery and depositions • Experienced in preparing and arguing motions • Able to handle pre-trial preparation responsibilities • Conducting legal research and analysis
Requirements
• Licensed to practice in CA and good standing • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 2 - 5 years of Civil Litigation experience • Familiarity with medical malpractice or elder abuse law
