Description
• Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa • Prepare clients for their consulate interview • Represent clients before USCIS • Review immigration applications/packets prepared • Manage team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations • Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits • Prepare and submitting legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases
Requirements
• At least 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience • A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with your fellow associates • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required • Record of moving legal cases forward and an ability to manage a caseload • Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers • Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
