Description

• Searching for an attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience focusing primarily on employment law audit and compliance work to join the San Francisco office near Union Square.

Requirements

• Significant experience assisting employers with internal and external audits • Experience conducting internal audits of pay practices and state and federal wage and hour compliance for employers • Substantial advice and counsel experience and internal leave and accommodation policy and process audits are a plus • Excellent academic credentials • Significant litigation experience • Must be licensed to practice in CA and good standing • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 6 plus years of California employment litigation
