Description
• Leading the efforts associated with negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising complex settlement agreements in class action matters • Seeking court approval of settlements according to the terms and conditions contained in the agreements • Working with class action administrators to ensure that the settlements are properly administered
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice in California • 1 - 3 years of experience with Class Action settlements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
