• Lead the recruitment process for drivers across various cities in the USA, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. • Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-quality drivers. • Oversee the onboarding process, including compliance with local regulations, documentation, and training. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles within the USA operations, from sourcing candidates to making offers. • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines. • Design and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the USA market. • Lead the setup and management of payroll processing in the USA, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Handle employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks to foster a positive workplace culture. • Ensure all recruitment and people operations activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on hiring metrics, payroll, and other HR activities. • Work closely with the global HR team to align USA operations with Moove.io’s overall HR strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR management, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or tech sectors. • Proven experience in driver recruitment and onboarding is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. • High ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
