Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or JD is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in a legal operations, paralegal, or contracts management role. • Strong understanding of contract law and contract management processes. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems. • Experience working in the logistics, transportation, or technology industry is highly desirable. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners. • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
