• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the 50-500 vehicle market segment. • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging data and sales methodologies to identify customer needs and adapt selling strategies accordingly • Leverage sales methodologies (MEDDIC) to uncover customer needs and pain points • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and effective & thoughtful nurturing campaigns • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to optimize customer engagement and enhance the overall customer experience and Share customer feedback with Car IQ colleagues in product, finance, and risk to improve the user experience • Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing valuable insights to improve sales strategies and processes. • Attend industry events and company events to meet with and share experiences with customers and prospects. • Proactively develop recommendations to improve and optimize our sales engine • Maintain a startup mindset: be Willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in where needed • Reporting sales-related activities within Hubspot
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year university • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales with 3 years of full sales cycle experience as an AE • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to identify and engage decision makers within a prospective client organization • Capable of demonstrating value and handling objections for a credit product • Comfort performing fast-paced, transactional, outbound and inbound sales • Strong sales toolkit: you can prospect, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close deals • Interest in the logistics space and adjacent markets, Analytical and data-driven • Embraces a growth mindset • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment • High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Interest in the logistics space and adjacent markets, Analytical and data-driven
