• Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee daily operations for dealerships, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong partner relationships. • Deliver exceptional customer service to dealerships and clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. • Support Lendbuzz’s expanding dealer network, both existing and prospective, to drive growth and success. • Engage actively in refining our sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. • Serve as a pivotal link between dealerships and Account Managers, facilitating clear communication and swift resolutions. • Become proficient in the intricacies of our underwriting and financing programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills. • Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to high ethical standards. • Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently. • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese to effectively engage with our diverse clientele. • Prior experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred. • Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.
