Description
• Draft and review a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney • Provide comprehensive estate planning services to high-net-worth clients, ensuring their assets are protected and efficiently transferred to their beneficiaries • Advise clients on tax implications and strategies related to estate planning • Handle probate and trust administration matters • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication • Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in California • At least 5 years of experience in estate planning • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth clients • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
