• Support the business development team in planning, reporting, project management, and communications • Utilize screening tools to help identify and target top providers in priority markets • Create and maintain market planning documents • Update and maintain team trackers, tools, and resources • Support the team in prospecting and outreach by gathering contact information and drafting outreach materials • Prepare decks, background information, and agendas in support of external meetings • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings and calls • Attend internal and external meetings to assist with notes and manage follow-up • Manage internal processes for closing contracts in coordination with the business development, account management, and quality teams • Support the team in maintaining accurate records by updating contact information, logging meetings and activities, and managing account details in Salesforce • Utilize applications like Confluence and Jira to document team processes and organize tasks
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, consulting, or professional services (healthcare industry experience highly desirable) • Highly detail-oriented, extremely organized and results-driven; exceptional at creating process and structure • Strong operational and reporting prowess • Excellent collaboration and time management skills • Effective communication skills: the ability to be direct, logical and succinct • Entrepreneurial and resourceful disposition • Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excitement for collaborating cross-functionally with provider quality, pricing, and operations teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results • Passion for Carrum Health’s mission to make healthcare more affordable and consumer-centric
