• Help underserved population see the value of an innovative program • Educate and motivate people to enroll • Focus on outcomes with each member for a year
Requirements
• 1 or more years of experience in outbound sales to consumers • Ability to establish trust quickly, overcome objections, and be persuasive over the phone • Excellent oral and written communications with strong listening/comprehension • Great phone presence • Must be technically savvy • Microsoft Office experience • Must pass a video interview • High school diploma minimum • Quiet, private, distraction-free home office • Reliable high-speed internet connection (10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload) • Willingness to do constant sedentary work • Discipline to work from home following a set schedule • Background check clearance
