Description

• Lead and manage a remote team of up to 7 skilled professionals • Interview and hire candidates to fill open positions within the team • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow in a remote environment • Leads data architects in system analysis, software changes and integrations across multiple technologies • Leads the analysis and validation of whether or not data models and other solution components meet the intent of the client’s strategy • Leads the team in reviewing everything from client policies, to system data fields, to understand how the relevant data model will impact to day-to-day operations • Experience with complex problem-solving strategies. Able to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors. Strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning • Leads the team in contributing to the establishment of data management strategies, principles, models, and standards • Leads the team in working with governance teams to identify data governance and applicable standards

Requirements

• 9 years of experience in a similar role • BS/BA degree in applicable field • Active DoD Secret security clearance required • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and functional team members • Strong ability to break down problems, structure ones own and other work, and deliver outcomes and valuable outputs on aggressive timelines • Experience using Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, Enterprise Architect, etc. • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Proficient in Agile practices, methodologies, and tools • Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation with multiple stakeholders and ensuring integration/collaboration occurs across all parties
