Description
• As the Growth Marketing Manager at Census, you'll be at the forefront of driving our B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth. • You'll develop and execute experiments and programs to acquire more Operations, Data, and Growth users and drive feature adoptions. • You'll work closely with our product, Sales, Operations, and data teams to optimize our customer journey with North Star's metrics of New Users Acquisition and Org Activations.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and product adoption • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of inspiring teams with a clear and shared vision of success. • Data driven and analytical, but not myopic to incremental A/B test results — can see the forest for the trees. • An entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset. You are comfortable handling ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to own work streams from end to end. • Obsession with learning about the customer, whether it’s via ad-hoc interviews, feedback, or research sprints, to better understand pain points and needs. • A bias towards action. You understand that most decisions can be revisited and improved over time and that done is often better than perfect.
