Description
• The Organic Growth Analyst is responsible for analyzing the organic (non-paid) landscape to find opportunities that drive traffic and bottom-line value for the business. • They will manage & monitor channel dashboards and deliver regular reporting to key stakeholders. • The Organic Growth Analyst will also assist in driving organic growth by supporting SEO content production, and off-site efforts (incl. social, CRM promotion, link building & ASO).
Requirements
• Experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth company • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital analytics measurement and operations with measurable results • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Experience with search marketing, and ability to report across organic channels such as web, SEO, email, social and app. • Deep level of experience using tools including Looker, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, seoClarity, DataDog/Splunk, Amplitude, Google Lighthouse and Branch.io/AppsFlyer • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks & platforms • Experience working with Analytics & Data Science teams • SEO expertise • Deep analytical expertise • Strong project management skills • Web user experience (UX)
