• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets and expand market share with existing clients. • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive sales growth. • Collaborate with marketing, technical product, and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales collateral, and promotional campaigns. • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to management. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish partnerships. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required; MBA a plus. • Proven track record of success in sales outreach, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong drive to achieve business objectives. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies. • Experience in developing and executing sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools. • Ability to travel as needed. • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
