Description

• Liberty Hill Foundation is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to spearhead our Foundation and Government Grants initiatives • Reporting directly to the VP of Advancement, this pivotal role will involve leading efforts to secure and steward grants from a diverse range of external sources • As the Senior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in researching and evaluating grant opportunities, and serving as the primary grant writer for the foundation • Your responsibilities will extend to meticulously coordinating the entire lifecycle of grants, from initial prospecting to final closeout

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, especially in nonprofit management or public administration • Minimum of 5 years of experience in foundation and government grant management, including proposal development, reporting, and compliance • Demonstrated success in securing and managing grants from foundation and government sources • 3+ years of grant writing experience, particularly with government contracts in nonprofit settings • Experience managing grants of six- and seven-figure sums for at least 3 years • Proficient in creating grant budgets
