Description

• Responsible for driving business outcomes for the broader revenue organization • Partner with revenue team leads to deliver high quality reporting solutions • Standardize reporting solutions for marketing ops and hold them accountable for activity and results • Automate standard reporting tasks for consistent visibility • Establish and refine marketing performance metrics • Lead the RevOps customer acquisition forecasting function

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence • 5+ years experience working with Marketing and Sales teams and a solid understanding of typical GTM metrics • Ability to translate business processes and data into analytics solutions. • Expert level SQL proficiency as well as familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or comparable marketing automation tools) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) • Strong background in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and understand the “need behind the request” • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies and working with Business Systems and Engineering teams to fix upstream data issues • Strong curiosity to figure out how things work and create order from chaos • A tough yet positive attitude; you have a keen eye for what is working well and what needs improvement
