Description
• Lead commercial and corporate legal team • Provide strategic advice and support on customer and partner deals • Develop and implement strategies for rapid growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate business transactions
Requirements
• JD degree and a member in good standing of the California Bar • 15+ years of relevant commercial and corporate experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in-house in a high-growth technology company • Top-notch expertise in structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts • Pragmatic strategist who can identify and resolve legal issues in the context of the company’s goals and risk thresholds • Demonstrated ability to scale a commercial legal team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Thrives in an environment where you need to roll up your sleeves and own outcomes • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor
