Description
•Owning client statuses - from updating a beautifully organized status sheet, leading client calls, and providing timely recaps w/ key decisions and clear next steps that make you the hero for everyone on the team. •Coordinating with all of our amazing departments (strategy, media, creative, project management, production, web, social) on how to get things DONE. •Distributing jobs, feedback and direction through Webvantage and other ways determined by the team. •Reviewing and proofreading documents before they go to clients - making sure they are ready for client eyes, that they’ve been blessed by everyone that needs to see them, that they align with brand guidelines, etc. (and look out for excess use of buzzwords). •Learning and understanding your clients scope of work so when things come up, you know when to discuss. •Working with supervisors to track and manage project budgets and estimates. •Being proactive and informing agency team of category trends, industry-related news, and campaign launches for key competitors. •Consistently provide meeting recaps and important notes to both agency and client teams (the key things, not EVERYthing).
