• We are hiring a Lead Counsel, Employment on our growing Legal team based in San Francisco. • This role will provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of employment-related issues, including employment counseling and employment litigation. • This role will require a deep understanding of employment law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal matters within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school. • Active membership in good standing with the state bar. • 7+ years of experience in employment law, with a focus on employment counseling and employment litigation, including experience as in-house counsel. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across the organization. • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
