• Lead product strategies for dispute resolution • Enhance user experience in banking disputes • Ensure compliance with financial regulations • Collaborate cross-functionally for scalable dispute solutions • Utilize data analytics for dispute management improvements • Develop risk mitigation strategies against fraud
• 4+ years of product management experience; specifically with a focus on dispute resolution in banking, fintech, or payments industry. • Experience designing dispute-related features and solutions with a focus on improving customer experience and reducing friction during resolution. • Strong track record of working with engineering, risk, compliance, and customer service teams to deliver dispute solutions that balance customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. • Proven experience in managing banking disputes, including chargebacks, unauthorized transactions, and fraud-related issues. • Experience with fraud detection methods and tools, particularly in relation to dispute management and minimizing loss for customers. • Understanding of credit card and debit card dispute processes, including chargeback rights, timelines, and recovery processes within Visa and MasterCard networks.
