• As a Marketing Operations Sr. Program Manager at Chime, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Marketing’s ongoing operations are driving impact and reducing overhead. Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams across Chime to align and sequence company-wide projects, managing Marketing’s annual and quarterly strategic and project planning processes, owning and defining the project management tooling and infrastructure used by Marketing, and managing capacity and prioritization across our various marketing teams. • You will get things done by bringing clarity out of chaos, diving into the details, and communicating clearly and in a timely manner. You’re great at building relationships, motivating others with vision, and persuading with data. Success in this role is defined by your ability to make an impact with your critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to zoom out and see the big picture, and influencing key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and operations that includes having worked to connect across functions in a business. • Familiarity with Marketing Operations, either via direct experience on a team or by having worked closely with a Marketing Ops team. • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with experience in managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives from concept to completion. • Ability to think strategically and align project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring that all initiative's chip in to Chime's overall success. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, timelines, and status updates to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • You are a Jira expert and have exposure to other project management tools (ex: Asana, Monday, Notion) • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across multiple departments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret department-wide project data and generate valuable insights for both project owners and executive leadership.

Benefits

• A thoughtful hybrid work policy that combines in-office days and trips to team and company-wide events depending on location to ensure you stay connected to your work and teammates, whether you’re local to one of our offices or remote • Hybrid work perks, like UrbanSitter and Kinside for backup child, elder and/or pet care, as well as a subsidized commuter benefit • Competitive salary based on experience • 401k match plus great medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits • Generous vacation policy and company-wide Take Care of Yourself Days • 1% of your time off to support local community organizations of your choice • Mental health support with therapy and coaching through Modern Health • 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and an additional 6-8 weeks for birthing parents • Access to Maven, a family planning tool, with up to $10k in reimbursement for egg freezing, fertility treatments, adoption, and more. • In-person and virtual events to connect with your fellow Chimers—think cooking classes, guided meditations, music festivals, mixology classes, paint nights, etc., and delicious snack boxes, too! • A challenging and fulfilling opportunity to join one of the most experienced teams in FinTech and help millions unlock financial progress
