• Reporting to the Clinical Program Manager, the Housing Program Manager provides leadership and accountability to an interdisciplinary team of professional and paraprofessional case managers and housing navigators working to support Seniors in becoming and remaining housed. • Focusing on client-centered care, the Housing Program Manager ensures regular contact with Seniors enrolled in case management and housing navigation programs, documentation of services and effective follow-through, consistent contact with external partners like housing providers, and supervision of Housing Clinic and Street Outreach programs, impact measurement and program planning.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience serving low-income, high-need populations, especially homeless and/or formerly homeless seniors • Demonstrable knowledge of federal and local housing policies, regulations and resources • Experience with diverse client and staff populations, demonstrated cultural competency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Well-organized with attention to detail • Strong initiative, excellent judgment and accountability • Manner that models respectful relationships with program participants, staff and members of the broader community • Computer competency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), Salesforce, HMIS, other databases
