• As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable insights to influence business and operational strategy. • Furthermore, you’ll have a unique opportunity of working closely with operations, clinical, marketing, and R&D teams.
• 4-5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst / BI Engineer at top tech startups or large companies. • Bachelor’s or higher in Mathematics, Engineering, Natural Sciences or a similar numerate degree. • Strong expertise in SQL and familiarity with data warehouse technologies like Snowflake, Redshift or similar. Proficiency in writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries is required. • Basic knowledge of Python and related packages such as pandas and numpy. • Proficient in data visualization tools (Preset, Tableau, PowerBI or similar), with the ability to create dynamic dashboards and reports that effectively present complex data sets. • Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to collect, organize, and dissect large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex business problems, and the ability to propose data-driven solutions. • Strong communication skills to present findings and translate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
