Description

• Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects. • Organize all day-to-day tasks on Monday.com to ensure smooth workflow and project management. • Document meeting notes and distribute pre- and post-meeting reads to relevant stakeholders. • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, ensuring that meetings are productive and efficient. • Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables. • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from enrollment to installation, ensuring that objectives are met. • Liaise with customers and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals. • Deliver reports on project performance and outcomes to senior management and customers. • Utilize your knowledge of the home health sector to ensure that projects align with industry standards and client needs. • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably within the home health industry. • Proficiency with project management tools, especially Monday.com. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of healthcare technology, especially in the context of home health. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in documenting meeting notes, preparing agendas, and managing project documentation. • Ability to deliver clear and concise reports on project performance and outcomes.
