Description
• Provide support for a broad range of tax matters including compliance & reporting • Prepare global tax provision and transfer pricing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tax reporting • Respond to notices from tax authorities • Assist with direct and indirect tax compliance • Draft technical memoranda on the company's tax positions • Drive improvements to company's overall tax position and assist with special projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MS in Tax or a CPA preferred • 7+ years of income tax compliance and financial reporting experience • Experience managing relationships with external advisors and auditors • Ability to prioritize and communicate workloads effectively • Organized, detailed, proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, multi-tasker, and creative • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience with OneSource Tax Provision preferred
