Description
• As a tax manager, your mandate is to build out our tax capabilities and support our expanding business. • This role will impact One’s vision by playing a pivotal role in shaping the tax function, driving strategic tax planning initiatives, and minimizing tax risks.
Requirements
• Mid Career (5-10 Years) • Ideally experienced with consumer financial services but open to all financial services or retail • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or Master’s in Taxation required • A combination of public (Big 4 preferred) corporate tax and private tax experience • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax concepts • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify tax implications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax issues to non-tax professionals
